• Mediation is a one day, no blame, solutions-focussed process that gives people the time and space to have the difficult conversation that hasn't yet happened. As a result they will clear the air, have a deeper understanding of each other's needs, and agree how to work together in the future.

• 'Difficult Conversation' Coaching is one to one coaching and prepares you for tackling underperformance, difficult feedback and other conversations that make your heart sink. You will feel more confident, understand your preferences for dealing with conflict and increase your repertoire of practical things that work for you.
